Counseling is for you. Are you struggling to make sense of the loss of the relationship you spent most of your life in? Do you struggle with being a parent? Is your job overwhelming and you just feel lost? You are not alone in dealing with life changes that seem sudden and overwhelming. Getting counseling means that you are taking the time to better understand yourself and the world around you and find new ways of coping with sudden loss and change, or finding new ways to handle old hurts and past traumas.

If you are needing to understand what is happening in your life, we can be there with you. Our clients move through their therapy sessions learning to build confidence within themselves, and learn to take charge of their life in ways they did not imagine before. Building strength in your own value is a starting place for you. Let us do that together.
